1. Definitions
“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “AutoGateMe” refers to AutoGateMe / Auto Gate Me Co Ltd. “Client” refers to the person or entity purchasing, renting, or using our services. “Services” include supply, installation, maintenance, and rentals.
2. Scope of Services
We provide gate automation, barrier systems, parking management solutions, access control systems, hostile vehicle mitigation solutions, and security equipment rentals. Scope, deliverables, and timelines are confirmed in the quotation, contract, or work order.
3. Pricing & Payments
- Prices are as per approved quotation and may exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
- Payment terms are defined on the quotation/invoice. Delays may affect scheduling and delivery.
- Advance payments, milestones, or AMC/rental fees may be required prior to mobilization.
4. Installation & Site Readiness
- Client must ensure site readiness (civil works, power supply, access, and permits where applicable).
- Any additional work outside agreed scope may be quoted separately.
- Testing & commissioning is performed after installation and power stability verification.
5. Warranty & Maintenance
- Warranty coverage is manufacturer-backed where applicable, subject to correct installation and usage.
- Warranty may be void due to misuse, unauthorized repairs, power surges, or physical damage.
- Maintenance plans (AMC) help extend lifespan and reduce downtime.
6. Rentals
- Rental terms include duration, site conditions, operator responsibility, and damage/loss policies.
- Equipment must be returned in reasonable condition (normal wear and tear excluded).
- Extended rental periods may be billed at agreed rates.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoGateMe is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profit, business interruption, or third-party claims arising from misuse, improper operation, or external factors beyond our control.
8. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, governmental actions, supply disruptions, or utility interruptions.
9. Privacy & Confidentiality
Client information is handled responsibly for service delivery, billing, and support. Project documents and site details may be treated as confidential unless disclosure is required by law or authorized by the client.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be subject to the competent jurisdiction in KSA unless otherwise agreed in writing.
