By engaging with Autogateme (“we,” “our,” or “us”) for products or services, you (“Client” or “Customer”) agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Services
We provide supply, installation, maintenance, and repair services for automatic gate systems, including sliding gates, swing gates, barriers, and associated accessories. Service locations include Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Makkah, Madinah, etc.
2. Quotations & Acceptance
- All quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
- Acceptance of a quotation constitutes a binding agreement between the Client and Autogateme.
- Any changes to scope, specifications, or timelines must be agreed in writing.
3. Pricing & Payment
- Prices are in SAR and exclude applicable taxes unless stated.
- Payment terms: 100% advance unless stated otherwise.
4. Installation
- Client must ensure site readiness, including electrical supply and unobstructed access.
- Installation dates are scheduled upon mutual agreement. Delays caused by the Client may incur additional charges.
- After installation, the system will be tested and demonstrated for proper operation.
5. Warranty & Liability
- We provide a limited warranty of 24 months on products and workmanship, covering manufacturing defects only.
- Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or natural disasters.
- Our liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the affected product/service.
- We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
6. Maintenance & Support
- Preventive maintenance is recommended and may be provided under separate service agreements.
- Emergency call-outs may incur additional charges.
- Spare parts replacement is subject to availability and cost approval by the Client.
7. Client Responsibilities
- Ensure safe access to the installation site.
- Follow operating instructions and safety guidelines provided.
- Notify us immediately of any faults or issues.
8. Intellectual Property
All product manuals, technical drawings, and software provided remain the property of Autogateme or respective manufacturers. Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited.
9. Termination
- Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches these terms.
- Payments for completed services remain due upon termination.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia.
11. Changes to Terms
Auto Gate Me Co Ltd reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website or communicated to Clients directly.
