Warranty Policy

This warranty policy explains how Auto Gate Me Co Ltd handles warranty claims for supplied and installed gate barriers and security systems in Saudi Arabia. Warranty coverage may vary by brand/model and project scope.

1) Warranty Scope

  • Applies to equipment supplied by AutoGateMe and installed by our authorized team (or as approved in writing).
  • Typically covers manufacturing defects in motors, control boards, and related original components.
  • Software licenses and third-party integrations may follow vendor-specific terms.

2) What’s Covered (Typical Examples)

  • Defects in supplied equipment under normal, intended use.
  • Failure of internal components not caused by external factors.
  • Replacement/repair of approved parts based on technical assessment.

3) What’s Not Covered (Common Exclusions)

  • Damage due to misuse, impact, accidents, vandalism, or power fluctuations beyond protection.
  • Wear-and-tear consumables (e.g., remotes, batteries) unless faulty on delivery.
  • Issues caused by civil foundation defects, gate misalignment, or poor site conditions.
  • Unauthorized modifications, non-original spare parts, or non-approved technicians.
  • Water ingress, dust exposure, or heat stress due to improper enclosure/installation environment.

4) Maintenance Requirement

Warranty validity may require preventive maintenance and safety inspections at recommended intervals, especially for high-cycle boom barriers and industrial gate motors. We recommend an AMC to ensure continuous compliance.

5) Warranty Claim Process

  1. Submit a request with invoice/reference number, site location, and equipment model/serial (if available).
  2. Share photos/video of the issue and a short description of when the fault occurs.
  3. Our team schedules inspection/remote checks and provides a technical report.
  4. If approved, repair/replacement is performed according to warranty terms and parts availability.

Warranty FAQ

Need support? Contact us

How long is the warranty period?

Warranty duration depends on the brand/model and project scope. Your quotation or invoice will mention the applicable warranty terms. If you share your reference number, we can confirm the period.

Does warranty cover on-site visit and labor?

Coverage can vary by project terms. In many cases, approved warranty repairs cover the defective part and service work, while non-warranty issues (site condition, misuse, power problems) may be chargeable. We confirm after inspection.

What can void the warranty?

Warranty may be void if the system is modified without approval, repaired by unauthorized technicians, operated outside its intended duty cycle, or damaged by improper civil foundation, impact, vandalism, or unstable power supply.

Is preventive maintenance required to keep warranty valid?

For high-cycle systems (boom barriers, industrial motors), regular inspection and preventive maintenance are strongly recommended. Some projects require documented maintenance to maintain warranty eligibility. Ask us about AMC plans.

How do I submit a warranty claim?

Send your invoice/reference number, site location, product model/serial (photo), and photos/video of the fault. Our team will schedule inspection and confirm whether the issue qualifies under warranty. Submit Warranty Request View Maintenance Plans
